• Response time: We answer email the same working day in most cases, and always within 2 working days.
• Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm IST

Once you are enrolled, your teacher’s direct contact is shared with you so you can reach them about a specific class without going through the general inbox.

Our offices

Epigenesis Edu Private Limited is registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and its GST-registered place of business is in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Both are shown above.

Postal correspondence should go to the registered office. Please note that all teaching is delivered online — neither address is a walk-in coaching centre, so there is nothing to visit and no reason to travel to either.

Grievances

If something has gone wrong and a normal reply has not resolved it, write to epigenesisedu@gmail.com with “Grievance” in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 2 working days and give you a substantive response within 15 working days.
