Epigenesis Edu sells teaching, not goods. Nothing is shipped physically. This page explains how and when what you have paid for is actually delivered.
1. Everything is delivered online
- There is no physical shipment and no delivery charge. No courier is involved and no address is needed for delivery.
- Classes are live, scheduled, one-to-one or small-group sessions conducted over video.
- Study material, worked solutions and practice sets are shared electronically.
2. When your class is confirmed
- After you book a demo, we confirm the slot by email, ordinarily within 24 hours and always before the class.
- The confirmation carries the date, the time in IST and the joining link.
- If the slot you picked has gone, we offer the nearest available alternative before confirming.
3. When paid classes start
- Once fees are received and the schedule is agreed, classes begin on the agreed start date.
- Joining links are sent to the registered email address before each session.
- Recordings of your own sessions are made available afterwards for revision.
4. Class timings
Sessions run on weekday evenings and across weekend mornings and evenings, Indian Standard Time. Your exact schedule is agreed with you at enrolment.
5. What you need at your end
- A device with a working camera, microphone and speaker.
- A stable internet connection.
- A notebook and pen — mathematics is still learned by writing it out.
6. If delivery fails
If a session cannot go ahead because of a problem at our end, we reschedule it at no cost. If you do not receive a joining link at least 30 minutes before a scheduled session, write to epigenesisedu@gmail.com or call us and we will resend it immediately.
7. Institutional engagements
Consulting deliverables — documentation review, gap analyses, workshop delivery — follow the timeline set out in the engagement letter agreed with that institution.
